Rooted in the depth of yoga and oriented toward the needs of dancers, this form explores the foundations that make movement feel alive: breath, balance, posture, and awareness. Rather than pushing or striving, we cultivate a sensitivity to how the body moves, holds, and releases. Beyond physical training, the course introduces yoga principles that cultivate presence, attention, and compassion. Each class includes meditation, dynamic sun salutations, pranayama, and reflections on yoga philosophy.
